  • When will my order arrive?

    Most items are made when ordered so please allow a few weeks for production. Tracking information will be emailed once items ship.

  • What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted undamaged in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Installed posts are non-returnable.

  • Do LED Address plaques and Mailboxes have a warranty?

    1 year against manufacturer defects

  • What if my LED Mailbox is delivered with damage?

    Please contact our customer support and we will do everything we can to make it right.

  • Where are LED Mailboxes manufactured?

    The mailboxes are welded and assembled in Utah

  • What do I do if my LED Mailbox needs repairs?

    Please contact customer service for replacement parts.

  • What do I get with my LED Address plaque order?

    You will receive the LED Address Plaque with the numbers you requested. You will also get either the transformer with a 10-foot cord to plug directly into an outlet or the hardwire kit. The hardwire kit includes a waterproof transformer and plug end. You will need to supply the required 22/2 gauge wire for the distance you need between your power source and where you mount the Address Plaque.

  • What do I get with my LED Mailbox order?

    You will Recieve a fully assembled LED Mailbox post with the letters and numbers you specified. A standard LED Mailbox requires a 12v power source. If you ordered the solar version you will receive an additional solar panel and battery.

  • Do you have a solar version of the Address Plaque
